Biography

Luke Formanek joined Medigap Life in September of 2020. He is an insurance agent specializing in all Medicare products. Prior to Joining the firm Luke began working towards a bachelor’s degree in business. In Luke’s spare time he enjoys playing hockey, video games, and hanging out with friends and family.
